Aldo Bernardi Lighting - Aldo Bernardi - Pendants

This very modern and prestigious waxed concrete pendant, called Funnel, is in the form of a cone topped by a small cylindrical part with one end in matt nickel metal. This suspension is attached by a metal cable to a spherical ceiling piece in matching patinated metal. Although made of waxed concrete, this pendant luminaire is surprisingly light: it weighs only 4.5 kg, thanks to the use of special fibre concrete. The light is mainly directed downwards, but a spectacular effect can be achieved by placing two or three pendants in a row above a dining table or worktop. The Aldo Bernardi workshops have developed techniques for applying this fibre concrete to the lighting field.
Dimensions: height 43cm, diameter at base 25cm. Ceiling box diameter 11cm and height 6cm. The pendant is supplied with 100cm of cable, which can be adjusted during installation.
Light source to be used with this luminaire: a standard large base incandescent screw bulb with a maximum electrical rating of 70W or equivalent LED to be purchased separately.
