Its name indicates the inspiration drawn from the revolutionary art movement of the early 20th century, Cubist is a beautiful table lamp in silver nickel bronze and off white chintz shade. The lamp consists of a base and foot made of stacked asymmetrical polygonal bronze pieces that evoke the cairns built by hikers on the sides of paths, all made of solid cast bronze, with a beautiful off white chintz shade. The nickel finish is a silver finish obtained by polishing the bronze, creating a contrast between the shiny edges and the natural hollows of the metal, which are left matt, then magnified by a thin layer of nickel applied by electrolysis (nickel is preferred to silver because it tends to oxidise quickly).
Objet Insolite is a French company that has been creating lighting fixtures in its Normandy workshops since 1981, and has been awarded the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label, a distinction granted by the French government that recognises French companies with exceptional craft and industrial production.
By default, this light is delivered with the lampshade proposed on this picture, the model is available in the different colours of the colour chart visible in the secondary picture, choice to be specified in the special information of your order form.
The model is also available in a patina bronze finish under the reference 22070200 and in gold bronze under the reference 22070201.
Dimensions: 65cm overall height, 28cm high shade, 35cm diameter at base.
The light source is an E27 bulb of 100W max, or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.

Objet insolite lights are lamps, wall sconces, chandeliers and pendants made exclusively of solid bronze, with a collection of polyester or taffeta lampshades in shimmering and luxurious colours.
