The Tilia two-light wall lamp is a simple and classic model that evokes an antique and vegetal atmosphere. The structure consists of a square wall support on which are fixed the two arms, each surmounted by a conical shade in pebble-colored taffeta, and decorated between the shades with a delicate young shoot dotted with leaves. The whole is made of bronze, this noble material that follows an industrial molding process that gives it this particular and unique irregular texture. This nickel finish is obtained by covering the bronze with a thin, even layer of nickel, preferred to silver for its resistance to oxidation, all after a bronze polishing operation. The result is a color very close to silver. Objet Insolite is a French house that has been creating lighting in its Normandy workshops since 1981, and which benefits from the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, a distinction granted by the state which recognizes French companies for excellent artisanal and industrial production.
By default this luminaire is delivered with the lampshade offered in this image, the model is available in the different colors of the color chart visible in the secondary photo, choice to be specified in the special information of your order form.
The model is available in a patinated black finish under the reference 20070250 and in a gold finish under the reference 20070252.
Dimensions: 40cm in total length, 30cm in total height, shade 14cm in diameter and 16cm in height, 14cm protruding from the wall.
The light source comes from 2 E14 bulbs of 40W max each or equivalent LED to be purchased separately.

Objet insolite lights are lamps, wall sconces, chandeliers and pendants made exclusively of solid bronze, with a collection of polyester or taffeta lampshades in shimmering and luxurious colours. Inspired by nature and the animal world, the lamps often represent leaves, branches, cats and birds in highly poetic stylised interpretations. The bronze moulds are made by an industrial process that gives them an imperfect, almost rough surface.
