The hull shape of the America Cup wall light gives it an undeniable elegance, enhanced by its matt black finish and contemporary minimalism. The model is made up of two parts that form an oval, placed vertically on a rectangular wall bracket in perforated aluminium. The light is diffused through the perforated grid and then through the slot left between the two reflector parts, creating a luminous halo on the wall. America Cup, a discreet tribute to the regatta of the same name, was designed by Astrid DIETERLEN & Bruno BORRIONE for the Parisian company Gau Lighting, a team of designers and interior architects who have developed a rich output of eclectic materials, working in bronze, aluminium, brass, wood, alabaster, glass and acrylic. Gau Lighting emphasises the use of technological innovations such as LED lighting, carefully integrated into its luminaires, which are designed and manufactured in the Paris region.
Dimensions: 38.2 cm high, 10 cm wide, 7.4 cm protruding from the wall.
The light source is a G9 LED bulb, available separately.
