Soothing and pure, this is the Kalm model: a large, round, undulating white plaster wall or ceiling light with a small white opal glass globe. True to its name, the model takes the form of a large, undulating plaster plate, the surface of which reproduces the movement of a wave on water. The bulb is encapsulated in an opaline glass globe at the centre of the tray and diffuses a soft, harmonious light. The Kalm model has a large diameter and protrudes only slightly from the wall.
Designed in line with the Briand et Berthereau studio's philosophy of minimalist design that maximises the use of materials, the Belle-Île lamp has a discreet power cable and an intuitive touch-sensitive switch.
