The Windsor 14-light chandelier is an interplay of translucent lime coloured Venetian crystal, opaque basins and polished chrome candle covers, which revisits the classic form of the chandelier in a contemporary way. The body is slender, the sinuous and elegant arms of the candlestick unfold from different levels of the stringing and the vase, creating this twisting effect, to cleverly align on the same level the basins in a generous cup of tinted opaque crystal, in which the lights with polished chrome sheaths are placed. The entire structure is made of lime-coloured crystal. The Venetian firm of Barovier & Toso, which comes from a long line of master glassmakers dating back to the 14th century, continues the family tradition and skills and the firm's leading position, while introducing a modernist dimension and innovative aesthetics into the discipline of Murano glasswork.

Dimensions: the 14-light model is 140cm in diameter, 115cm in total height, for 33kg. The 10-light model is 100cm in diameter, 85cm in total height, for 21kg.
The light source comes from 10 or 14 dimmable E14 bulbs of 60W max each, or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.

Founded in 1295, Barovier&Toso is one of the oldest and most prestigious Murano lighting factories known to Venice. The first official document mentioning Mr. Barovier, a master glassmaker on the island of Murano, is found at this date.
