Lakmos is a floor lamp with a sculptural air, featuring a gilded metal base with elegant curves and a long white linen shade.
Its base is a veritable sculpture, made from a single piece of metal with an organic shape. The almost 1.5m long base is topped by a beautifully proportioned, elongated shade made from white linen.The floor lamp has a switch on the cord.
The luminaire is by AERIN, Estée Lauder's granddaughter, who has created a world of Hamptons chic and elegance, with Mediterranean influences. The American brand Visual Comfort, which has been in business since 1987, offers a wide range of contemporary and traditional light fittings in top-quality materials.
The model is also available in white under the reference 23050027.
Dimensions: 148cm high, 23.5cm diameter base, 55.9cm high and 36.8cm diameter lampshade.
The light source comes from a 100W max E27 bulb, or LED equivalent, to be purchased separately.

The brand was officially launched in Houston, Texas in 1987 and quickly established itself as a different kind of lighting designer. Andy Singer, a former lighting salesman and the man behind the brand, didn't want to play the role of a distributor when the brand was conceived.
