On this page is a superb large ring design pendant from the Arctic Halo collection. This consists of a metal ring finished with gold leaf, is dressed in a crown made of a heap of crystals melted according to a technique perfectly mastered by the artists of the Fine Art Lamps workshops. The lower part of the ring is equipped with a diffuser, the center is empty. The whole is suspended by four cables from a gilded cylindrical ceiling cone. Each piece being made by hand, small differences in sizes, shapes and finishes can be observed, it is a distinctive character of the artisanal manufacture. Artic Halo is like a meeting between a nebula of celestial and sparkling crystals, and the smooth, majestic and icy ices of another planet, like ethereal pieces from the mind of designer Ian Thornton for the brand Fine Art Lamps, which does not fail with this line to reach the high spheres of purity, elegance, and ultimately quite simply of art: the art of light.
