An effective 50's design with this Frankfort adjustable wall lamp, here in the gold version, with an antique brass metal structure on an articulated arm, mahogany detailing and white linen shade. The wall lamp has a rectangular wall bracket in gilded metal to which the arm of the lamp is attached. The arm is made up of two rods, one of which slides over the other to adjust the length of the arm and swivels from right to left to make the most of the model's adaptability. Frankfort has a cylindrical shade in white linen, with a mahogany detail in the extension of the horizontal arm, whose red colour is enhanced by the combination with gold. The versatility of the lamp and the switch on the wall bracket make it the perfect bedside lamp to accompany your nightly reading. You can plug Frankfort directly into the wall socket or connect it externally with the electric cable shown in the photo.

High-end lighting in classic contemporary styles by leading designers

The brand was officially launched in Houston, Texas in 1987 and quickly established itself as a different kind of lighting designer. Andy Singer, a former lighting salesman and the man behind the brand, didn't want to play the role of a distributor when the brand was conceived. Collection after collection, Visual Comfort & Co. has taken its rightful place in the world of high-end lighting. The first collaboration took place in 1996 with the design firm Chapman & Myers, who created the brand's visual identity. Myers' penchant for contemporary style and Chapman's more classically inspired approach resulted in a comprehensive collection of pendants and wall lights to appeal to a wide market. Today, 26 designers, including Aerin Lauder, granddaughter of Esthée Lauder, renowned interior designer Kelly Wearstler and the late Kate Spade, embody the Visual Comfort style.
