The wall light shown on this page has a 45° elbow. It is made in copper and has a clear glass diffuser. Wall lights in the Butterfly series are designed for outdoor use. They meet IP44 weatherproofing standards and the materials are resistant to corrosion. These wall lights echo a traditional shape with their circular wall plate and tube angled at 45 or 90 degrees, depending on the model. This supports a reflector fitted with a cylindrical glass to protect the bulb.. The glass is available either clear or sand-blasted. Fitted with a 60W maximum bulb, these wall lights will light the exterior of a house quite adequately. The bulb reference 11020153 shown in the photo, known as a navigation bulb, is available under Accessories.

Nautic is the trademark of the Belgian lighting manufacturer Tekna. Under the direction of its creator, Erik Huysman, Nautic designs and produces a range of luminaires of very high quality in terms of materials and assembly, made from pure materials: bronze (armament), cast iron, brass. Nautical lamps are sometimes fitted with clear and transparent glass, so that the bulb is directly visible. From an aesthetic point of view, the use of a compact fluorescent bulb is therefore strictly forbidden! A decorative bulb with an incandescent filament is highly recommended or, if this is not possible, a halogen bulb combined with the use of a dimmer.
